How the caps work
Storage
Source notes + embeddings + extracted entities count toward your cap. The plugin runs a pre-flight check before each sync so you know upfront if you'll fit. At 100%, new ingests are blocked but reads stay working.
Daily entity extraction
The LLM call that turns notes into a graph is the dominant per-file cost. Past the daily cap, files still embed for search and run cheap structural extraction — only the expensive LLM call is skipped. Resets at UTC midnight.
Credits
Every billable operation deducts credits — embeddings, extraction, graph queries, chat. Starter's 50k welcome grant covers a typical first vault import. Paid tiers can top up at the rate shown on each card.
